Now our elevator industry basically implements "regular maintenance," which means that elevators are serviced and maintained every 15 days, and the state has made specific provisions for each elevator maintenance and maintenance. Due to the large number of elevator companies, the market has maliciously seized the market, the price war, resulting in a low price of elevator maintenance, maintenance unit profit has been repeatedly compressed, and finally the maintenance workers have low wages, elevator maintenance The industry can't keep talents. The shortage of talent has also caused overloading of elevator maintenance workers. This has also created a situation where elevator maintenance work is not in place.

Everyone has been talking about the elevator regular maintenance will increase the work of the maintenance staff. If the on-demand maintenance of the elevator is implemented, at the same time, the maintenance unit submits the maintenance rules for its own company and signs the maintenance security responsibility letter, and then cooperates with the relevant departments' random inspection system to punish maintenance companies that are not in place. , Phase out those non-responsible maintenance units, so that the vicious competition in the maintenance market is gradually reduced, and individual maintenance premiums are gradually raised to normal levels, and maintenance personnel's wages are also gradually increased to the amount of income that technicians should receive. Is this correct? Elevator safety factor also increased?

The on-demand maintenance system can effectively save manpower and material resources, and is more conducive to the safe use of elevators. However, the following aspects must be noted:

    1. Reasonably determining the number of maintenance is very important for the safe use of elevators. The purpose of maintenance is to ensure the safety of the elevator. A reasonable number of maintenance is the precondition. The use of information such as the use environment of the elevator, the usage load, and the number of uses is based on the use of the unit. The maintenance personnel can make reasonable judgments on the information provided by the user to determine the number of reasonable maintenance. After clarifying the responsibility of the security entity of the production unit, the maintenance personnel and the use unit management personnel shall jointly determine the number of maintenance. The number of times is too sparse to ensure the safe use of elevators; frequency is too frequent and manpower and material resources are wasted.

    2. The on-demand maintenance model puts higher requirements on the professional skills of maintenance personnel and user management personnel. While the maintenance and protection units are performing their duties correctly, only the maintenance personnel and management personnel make correct judgments on the status of the elevators to ensure that the frequency of maintenance is reasonable. At the same time, we must have the correct judgment ability. The employees must have professional skills that meet the requirements of the job, and they should also strictly perform their respective duties. Maintenance personnel should be very familiar with the maintenance requirements of the elevator, combined with the use of the elevator, standing in the "safety first" point of view, can do the maintenance work on-demand. If the management personnel of the company use the elevator safety knowledge and basic conditions to master the shortage, it will not be able to supervise the quality of maintenance.
